How The Total Reset Works
Phase 1 — Tighten (Endolift, lower face)
An ultra-thin laser fiber passed beneath the skin lifts and firms the lower face without incisions, stimulating your own collagen. Your skin is then given three to four weeks to heal and remodel before the next phase.
Phase 2 — Resurface (CO2 laser, full face)
The gold standard for texture, tone and fine lines. CO2 rebuilds the skin’s surface at depth, which is exactly why the improvement lasts rather than fading after a few weeks.
Phase 3 — Restore (bio-filler from your own PRF)
Natural volume and radiance drawn from your own blood, with no synthetic product. This is the finish that ties the transformation together.
Honest about downtime
CO2 resurfacing is powerful because it works at depth, and that means real recovery — typically several days of social downtime during that phase. We plan the entire program around your calendar and prepare you completely. If deep, lasting results with a predictable recovery is the trade you want, this is the program built for it. If it is not, say so at consultation and we will design something lighter.
Choosing between our programs: Elevated Lift+ lifts and supports with almost no downtime. The Total Reset goes deeper and changes the skin itself, with recovery to match. The Elevated Threadlift repositions tissue only.

Why is it staged over 90 days?
Your skin needs to heal and remodel between the tightening and the resurfacing. Rushing it would compromise both your results and your safety — the staging is what makes the outcome hold.
How much downtime should I plan for?
The CO2 phase typically involves several days of social downtime. The other phases are far lighter. We give you exact guidance and preparation so you can schedule it around work and events.
Will people know I have had something done?
Planned around your downtime, most people simply notice that you look refreshed and rested rather than "worked on."
How is this different from Elevated Lift+?
Elevated Lift+ lifts and supports the lower face with minimal downtime. The Total Reset goes further: it changes the skin itself through deep resurfacing, with recovery to match. If your main concern is texture, tone and sun damage as much as laxity, this is the program.
