The Non-Surgical Facelift

A physician-designed protocol that reproduces the five actions of a surgical lift — suspend, tighten, resurface, restore, and balance — without a scalpel, anesthesia, or the downtime.

Designed and performed by Dr. Le, DO
The framework

Five actions. One plan.

Your face ages in layers, so it has to be treated in layers. Each modality works at one depth — together they rebuild from the foundation up.

The lift itself
1

Suspend

PDO Suture Suspension

Advanced barbed/cog threads anchor and elevate descended tissue along precise vectors — the one action energy and volume can’t perform.

2

Tighten

Endolift · Morpheus8

A micro-laser fiber below the skin and RF microneedling through the dermis firm the deep structural layers and contract collagen.

3

Resurface

CO2 Laser

Renews the skin’s surface — tone, texture, fine lines and sun damage — and kick-starts fresh collagen near the surface.

4

Restore

Bio-filler (PRF)

Made from your own blood, it rebuilds lost foundational volume naturally and delivers growth factors that improve skin quality.

5

Balance

Neuromodulator

Relaxes the muscles that crease and tug downward — refining the result and reducing the forces working against the lift.

Why it works

The combination beats the sum of its parts

Three things happen when these treatments are layered deliberately rather than done one at a time.

01

Collagen at every depth

CO2 near the surface, Morpheus8 through the dermis, Endolift beneath it — your body’s repair response is triggered across the full thickness of the skin, not one slice. The remodeling is broader and more durable.

02

Structure and surface, together

Tightening deep tissue without renewing the surface leaves firmer skin that still looks weathered. Done together, the skin is both lifted and refined — which is what reads as younger.

03

The result is protected

Bio-filler restores the scaffolding lifting alone can’t replace, and relaxing the downward-pulling muscles means the new collagen isn’t fighting the forces that aged you. The result holds longer.

Honest guidance

Why not just have surgery?

For the right person, a surgical facelift is an excellent operation — and we’ll tell you honestly when it’s the better choice. For many patients, there’s now a sophisticated middle path.

A physician-designed combination

Best for mild–moderate laxity & prevention
  • No general anesthesia or scalpel
  • Minimal, livable downtime
  • Lower overall cost and risk
  • Gradual, natural-looking change
  • An adjustable plan, maintained over time
  • Improves skin quality, not just position

A surgical facelift

Still the gold standard for advanced laxity
  • Removes significant excess skin
  • Longest-lasting single correction
  • Best for deep laxity, heavy jowls or neck
  • One-time repositioning of tissue
  • Requires anesthesia & real downtime
  • Better skin quality beforehand only helps

The most useful way to think about it: a physician-designed combination can delay, reduce, or in many cases replace the need for surgery. It’s not surgery versus nothing anymore.

Common questions

What patients ask most

Do I need all five treatments?
No. The point isn’t to do everything — it’s to match the right layers to your face. Some patients benefit from two; others from a staged full-face plan. The combination is always personalized at your consultation.
How much downtime is involved?
It depends on which treatments are combined and how intensively. Some pieces (neuromodulators, bio-filler) have little to no downtime; deeper CO2 resurfacing typically involves several days of social recovery. Your plan is staged around your calendar.
How long do the results last?
Because much of the effect comes from your own new collagen, results build over weeks to months and are long-lasting — though no non-surgical result is permanent. Thread-based lifts typically hold around 12–18 months, and maintenance preserves the rest. Individual results vary.
Is it painful?
Comfort measures are used throughout, and most patients tolerate these treatments well. We’ll walk you through exactly what to expect for your specific plan.
Is this a replacement for a facelift?
For mild-to-moderate laxity, often yes — or it can delay one for years. For advanced laxity or significant excess skin, a surgical facelift may be the better choice, and we’ll tell you so honestly.
