How Elevated Lift+ Works
1. Endolift — Tighten From Beneath
An ultra-thin laser fiber is passed just under the skin of the lower face and jawline, delivering controlled 1470 nm energy into the deeper tissue. Collagen contracts immediately and continues remodeling for months. No incisions.
2. PDO Threads — Reposition the Midface
Dissolvable suspension threads are placed along your natural lift lines and drawn upward, repositioning tissue that has descended. The lift is visible on the table, and your own collagen rebuilds along each thread path as the thread dissolves.
3. Filler and Neuromodulator — Rebuild and Hold
One syringe of structural filler restores foundation where volume has been lost — placed to support, never to overfill. Neuromodulator softens the muscles that pull against the lift, so the result holds longer and reads natural.

What to Expect During the Procedure
Before the Procedure
- A consultation is performed to assess anatomy, laxity and volume loss
- Lift vectors and treatment planes are marked while you are upright
- Pause blood thinners and fish oil if your physician approves
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and arrive without makeup
- Local anesthesia is applied for comfort
During the Procedure
- Endolift is performed first: a sterile micro-fiber tightens the lower face and jawline from beneath
- PDO suspension threads are then placed along the mapped midface vectors and drawn up
- Structural filler is placed to restore foundation, followed by neuromodulator
- Patients feel warmth, pressure and tugging rather than pain
- Every step is performed by Dr. Le personally
After the Procedure
- Swelling and tightness are expected for 48-72 hours
- Sleep on your back with your head elevated; soft foods for several days
- Avoid wide yawning, heavy chewing, facials, massage and dental work for two weeks
- No strenuous exercise for one week
- Follow all prescribed medication and aftercare instructions from your provider
How is Elevated Lift+ different from The Elevated Threadlift?
The Elevated Threadlift uses suspension threads alone to reposition tissue. Elevated Lift+ adds Endolift to tighten the skin envelope and filler to rebuild the foundation underneath. If your skin quality and volume are still good, threads alone may be all you need — and we will tell you so.
Is Elevated Lift+ the same as a facelift?
No. A facelift surgically removes and repositions tissue and lasts many years. Elevated Lift+ achieves lift and tightening without a scalpel, with far less downtime and a shorter lifespan. If your laxity is beyond what these treatments can hold, Dr. Le will tell you plainly and refer you.
How long do the results last?
Results build over several weeks and are long-lasting. Thread support and Endolift collagen remodeling work on different timelines, which is part of why they are combined. Because every face is different, your consultation will set honest, specific expectations for yours.
How much downtime should I plan for?
Plan for a quiet week. Swelling, tenderness and possible bruising settle over the first few days, and most patients are socially presentable within a week — minimal compared with surgery.
Does it hurt?
Local anesthetic is used throughout. Most patients describe warmth, pressure and tugging rather than pain, with soreness for a few days afterward.
