Board Certified Physician
Dr. Joshua Le is a board-certified physician with an in-depth knowledge and diverse background in medicine, including more than eight years of inpatient clinical practice, outpatient care, medical aesthetics, and life support for critical illness. He provides long-term, comprehensive care for adolescents, adults, and the elderly, managing both common and complex illness with an emphasis on prevention and wellness alongside treatment.

I bring eight years of hospital nursing to aesthetic medicine. I spent five years at Madigan Army Medical Center, first in the ICU, where I served as charge nurse and mentored new nurses, then in the PACU caring for patients as they came out of anesthesia. Before Madigan I monitored cardiac patients in the CCU at Tacoma General. That training matters in an aesthetics room: noticing when something is off, staying calm, and responding quickly are habits built at the bedside of critically ill patients. I earned my BSN from the University of Washington and completed hands-on neurotoxin injection training in 2025. I speak English and Korean, and I am always happy to talk through your care in either.

As Office Manager I make sure the clinic runs smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating patient services, managing schedules, and keeping an organized environment so our medical team can focus on care. I am CPR/AED certified through both the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association, with additional training in Bloodborne Pathogens and Basic Life Support. I am also a certified lifeguard, and I am currently pursuing my Nursing Assistant certification.

Jiyuen Stanton, RN

I care for patients with complex medical needs, tracheostomy and ventilator support, G-J tubes, PICC and central lines, and chronic progressive illness, first as an LPN and now as an RN. Much of that work has been one-on-one with pediatric and adult clients who need close attention and steady hands, along with teaching families the care techniques, infection prevention, and emergency steps they need at home. I completed the LPN-to-RN bridge program at Clover Park Technical College and am finishing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Liberty University. My clinical rotations include med-surg at Providence Centralia Hospital and Saint Joseph Medical Center. Day to day I bring IV insertion, blood draws, central and PICC line care, medication administration across multiple routes, and thorough patient assessment. I am bilingual in English and Korean.
Emily Gonzales, RN

I have spent my career caring for people at their most vulnerable — first at the bedside, then in homes, and for the last several years leading hospice teams across the South Sound. I currently serve as a hospice Patient Care Manager, overseeing nursing care and supporting case managers through complex changes in condition. Before that I was a hospice case manager and a clinical director of hospice.
That work sits on a foundation of hands-on skills: IV insertion and line management, wound care, medication administration, and full patient assessment in homes, procedural suites, and long-term care. I served as an Infection Preventionist during the first year of the pandemic.
What I bring to this clinic is calm. I have managed IV therapy for patients whose veins were difficult and whose margins were thin, and I have sat with families on the worst day of their lives.
Jennie Nguyen, RN

My background is in neurological intensive care, where I looked after patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, craniotomy and spinal cord injury. That work means frequent neurological assessment, ventilator and tracheostomy care, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and administering and titrating IV medications safely. I have also worked in hospice case management and skilled home health, caring for patients in their homes, assisted living and adult family homes, and in medical-surgical and orthopedic care after surgery. Across all of it, the constant has been careful assessment and clear communication with patients and families. I bring that same attention to IV therapy and injection appointments here. I am certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support through the American Heart Association, and hold NIH Stroke Scale certification.

I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State since 2002, starting my career in memory care. I recently completed my Certificate of Aesthetic Injectable Foundations Plus, with didactic and hands-on training in skincare for the medical provider, neuromodulators, dermal filler, micro-cannula technique, and PRP. I provide Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and Vitamin B-12 injections, always with a focus on safety, precision, and natural-looking results.

I am a Registered Nurse with a background in urgent care, primary care, stroke, telemetry, and emergency medicine. My healthcare journey began as a Medical Assistant and grew into nursing after I earned my BSN and RN in 2023. Now I combine that clinical grounding with my passion for aesthetics and wellness: Botox and aesthetic injectables, laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation, microneedling, and mobile IV hydration therapy for recovery, energy, and everyday wellness.

Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, she's a trusted helper for our Vietnamese-speaking patients and guides families through immigration health-exam paperwork. A Running Start student pursuing health sciences and president of her school's HOSA chapter, she brings warmth, organization, and a real passion for healthcare to every visit.

Xochi welcomes patients and keeps the front desk running smoothly — greeting visitors, coordinating check-ins and appointments, and helping with intake and records for primary care and aesthetic visits. A trained medical assistant with a background in quality assurance and team leadership, she brings sharp attention to detail and a calm, organized presence to a busy clinic. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she makes our Spanish-speaking patients feel at home and ensures every visit starts with a warm, professional welcome.
