For TB evaluation of labs/CXR/Records and letter for clearance- We need ID card or passport to match the record.

Testing positive for any skin or blood (Quantiferon) with negative CXR means you have latent TB. This will need yearly monitoring of symptoms ….or extended antibiotics treatment 3-9 months duration to clear the latent TB.

100$ payment is required. Provide insurance if you want additional testings or prescriptions for latent TB infection.
