HOW IT WORKS
Strategic Thread Placement
Threads are inserted beneath the skin using a fine cannula. Their barbs or cones latch onto tissue, allowing the practitioner to gently reposition and lift the skin.
Immediate Mechanical Lift
Once positioned, the threads are pulled to create an instant lifting effect — improving sagging cheeks, jowls, neck laxity, and overall facial definition.
Controlled Micro-Stimulation of Collagen
As the threads gradually dissolve over months, they trigger a controlled inflammatory response that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.

Thread material is chosen at consultation and sets how long the support lasts: PDO roughly 6 to 9 months, PCL 12 to 18 months, PLA 18 to 24 months. Every thread is placed personally by Dr. Joshua Le, DO.

If more than one zone has dropped, yes — the package is priced per area and all five areas carry a 20% discount, so treating them together costs less than returning for them one at a time. If only a single zone bothers you, a single-area treatment is the right call and we will say so.
